Furman collected around 250 handprints in opposition to the use of child soldiers


Furman University hosted a booth in the University Center that provided information about the use of child soldiers worldwide. We allowed people to make a handprint after hearing about many countries practices of using child soldiers, despire their ban.

Furman University\'s chapter of International Justice Mission hosted a booth in the University Center that provided information about the use of child soldiers worldwide. We allowed people to make a handprint after hearing about many countries practices of using child soldiers, despire their ban. We also collected money to send to the Cerao center to rehabilitate child soldiers in the Democratic Republic of Congo. We collected about $75.00.
